  Foxcroft is great. Most of the instructors are very nice and give great pointers. They make it fun and play games without you realizing what your really working on. They have a great selection of horses and you ride someone new every week. They have stubborn horses and ponies but they sure helped me learn to ride. Now I can ride most horses with ease. They also have green horses for more experienced riders that need to learn how to control them. Finally they have very obedient horses that are great for when your learning something new like jumping or cantering. They take the process a bit slower than most other barns but that's because they're focusing on the more important things so when you do do more advanced things it easier. They don't just focus on one part of riding either they make sure that you practice cross country, dressage, flat work, and show jumping. The facilities are wonderful. They have lots of big box stalls, a nice organized tack room and viewing area along with a bathroom. They have lots of stuff for beginners who aren't sure if riding is what they want to continue with A.K.A brushes, helmets, boots, crops. All the tack is fit for each horse so it comfy for them and for you. They have a large indoor arena that is split in to two 60 by 20 meter rings, a front sand ring, a large back sand ring (more for experienced rider/ jumping) grass ring, dressage ring and a large country field. The only thing that I wish they had was a round pen for lunging and join up. The horses are set out to pasture during the work day in large open pastures with there friends. If your looking to presue riding then foxcroft is the place for you
