  This has always been my go-to spot for oil changes. However, I lost a lot of trust in them during my last visit.
  The last two oil changes I had they had mentioned that I need two new filters, including a new air filter.
  I declined both times. However, I recently went for my oil change with the intention on purchasing the two new filters. This time I went and suddenly he says “the air filter is in great shape, this one doesn’t need replacing.”
  So how does it go from dire need to be replaced to great shape?
  I feel like this is just another place trying to up sell filters in order to make more money.
  I was sadly disappointed in this experience and will chose to go to somewhere I feel more confident with in the future.
  
  Addition: Postives of this location however are the friendly staff, the timely oil changes, the convienence next to suds. Other than the needless filter pushing this place is actually a good location.

  Convenient location if you need an oil change/carwash and want to do some shopping since the mall is right beside it.
  
  However the wait can get pretty long sometimes especially on the weekend.
  
  First time here I wasn't very satisfied with my initial service. I received and oil change but days later my car started leaking oil over our drive way. This gradually got worse as the days went by. I was pretty sure it was my drain plug or oil filter.
  
  So I brought my car back and told them what happened the guys working there were very helpful and friendly they apologized for this happening and said that they would inform the person who made this error. Hopefully this doesn't happen again but we're only human and people make mistakes so I'm not holding this against them. It was dealt with in a professional manor and I'll continue to do business with them.

  Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Wait times to get in can be long, recommend going during off peak hours and avoiding Saturday’s all together. Staff always leaves a positive experience, very friendly, forthcoming, and pleasant to deal with. Everyone working makes the atmosphere positive! Decently priced in terms of basic car maintenance.

  Their service was good but on the day I went it was extremely busy. You can’t blame a place for being successful but thought they could have done something to offer better crowd control. When they were done my service my engine light was on, it wasn’t before. I brought it to their attention and they hooked up their code reader and then just blew it off. “Go to your dealer, it’s not something we caused.” I arrived there was no engine light... I left there was.

  They are usually pretty quick if you come close to opening or close to closing. If they are busy, just make sure they complete all your services. They left my read wiper sitting on the back and I had to come back to get it installed. Probably could have done it myself but I paid for the service. Price seems to be about the same as other places.
