- Nikesh Patel Added 2017-12-11★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Would give this a 0 if I could. The staff was extremely disrespectful. After waiting, I was simply told that they can't help me and I need to call in for help. The issue is, I am unable to contact customer service since my phone is down and I do not have a landline. I politely asked if I could use their phone. They gave me a phone with a dead battery... after asking again, I was shown attitude. ONCE AGAIN, ROGERS FAILED. Especially the staff at this store.
